We help clients understand what they should do, and we help them verify that their staff and extended supply chain are doing what they should be doing. Having a training workshop or implementing GD&T or MBE is the first step – you also need to ensure your processes and procedures are sufficient and that your staff and supply chain are doing the right thing with the necessary quality levels. We can help you design your metrics and evaluation and auditing procedures. We also provide third-party auditing services to determine levels of compliance.
